A customer in Humble had an Atlas air compressor that wasn't getting the power it needed. That's not a minor inconvenience - when your compressor goes down, the whole shop stops. We came out, troubleshot the issue, and got to the root of it fast.

The fix was a new 90 amp 3-phase 208V breaker, sized correctly for the load the compressor draws. Getting the amperage right matters. Too small and you're tripping breakers constantly. Too large and you've lost the protection the breaker is supposed to provide in the first place.

We installed a Siemens FD 25K breaker into an existing Eaton commercial panel. The panel already had a handful of other equipment breakers running - you can see the handwritten labels for Comp-1 and Comp-2 from previous work. The new breaker slots right into position, clearly labeled and properly torqued down.

This is the kind of work that keeps a shop running safely day after day. Commercial equipment like air compressors pulls serious amperage on startup, and if the breaker protecting it isn't rated for the job, you're one bad day away from a tripped breaker - or worse, an electrical fault.

Getting the right protection on heavy equipment isn't complicated, but it has to be done right. If your shop equipment is acting up or you're not confident your panel is set up correctly, that's worth looking into sooner rather than later.
